By downloading, installing, or using VideoLoom ("the Software"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. License

VideoLoom is licensed under a perpetual, non-transferable, one-time purchase license. A single license fee of $9.99 USD grants you the right to install and use the Software on up to two (2) personal Mac devices that you own. You may not redistribute, resell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Software, use it for any illegal purpose, or share your license key with third parties.

3. Free Trial

The Software includes a free trial period. During the trial, all features are available without restriction. After the trial expires, a valid license must be purchased to continue using the Software.

4. Payment and Refunds

The purchase price is $9.99 USD (one-time payment). We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all system configurations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VideoLoom and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license ($9.99 USD).

7. Updates

Your one-time purchase includes free updates for the current major version. We may release paid major version upgrades in the future, at our discretion.
