macOS requires Screen Recording permissions to be enabled in System Settings. For changes to take effect reliably with ScreenCaptureKit, a quick restart ensures the system processes are correctly hooked.
NotchRec supports macOS Ventura (13.0) and later, with full optimizations for macOS Sonoma (14.0) and Sequoia (15.0) to take advantage of the latest ScreenCaptureKit features.
By default, recordings are saved to your ~/Movies/NotchRec folder. You can change the default output directory in the application settings.
